SP9999 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify us immediately through the Platform's support channels if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
SP9999 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
Funds deposited into your sp9999 Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. SP9999 does not accept third-party deposits. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained unlawfully, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
The payment methods referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options — are listed as familiar local payment references for Pakistani users. Their inclusion does not imply that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with sp9999 or gambling activities of any kind. Availability of specific payment methods, transaction limits and processing rules are determined by the operator and the respective payment provider and may change without notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. All figures denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) are illustrative only; actual limits are confirmed at the point of transaction.
Transactions may be processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other currencies as supported by the Platform. Where currency conversion is required, exchange rates applied by the payment processor or the operator shall apply. SP9999 is not responsible for any exchange rate losses incurred by the user.
Where cryptocurrency deposit options are available, they are provided for informational purposes and are subject to network confirmation requirements. The PKR-equivalent value of any cryptocurrency deposit is calculated at the exchange rate applicable at the time of confirmed receipt. SP9999 is not liable for value fluctuations between initiation and confirmation of a crypto transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. SP9999 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits, or verified in the user's name.
SP9999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Actual timelines depend on your Account verification status, the payment method selected and the policies of the receiving payment provider. The use of terms such as "instant" or "immediate" in promotional contexts refers to initiation of processing only and is not a guarantee of receipt.
Where a bonus offer has been accepted and wagering requirements have not been fulfilled, only the portion of the Account balance attributable to real-money funds (net of any bonus-funded winnings subject to terms) may be withdrawn, in accordance with the specific bonus terms applicable.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the user, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the user via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC procedures. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure in all circumstances.
